The small things

A quiet suburb, close to everything

Fichardt Park is a calm, established neighbourhood with easy access to the main routes. It's popular with parents visiting for school and sports events, and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Paying safely
We only share banking details from 082 864 5968 or an @thestay.co.za email address. If in doubt, WhatsApp us on 082 864 5968.
Payment
Pay in full by EFT. We send the banking details and your reference on WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed once the payment reflects in our account.
Cancellation
Free up to 7 days before arrival. After that the deposit is forfeited.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. We don't have cots or extra beds.
Pets
By arrangement at R250 per pet per night. Please tell us in advance.
House rules
No parties or events, and no smoking inside. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00.
Meals
We're self-catering and don't serve breakfast or meals. There are plenty of good options a few minutes' drive away.
What we don't have
No pool, braai facilities or airport shuttle.
